Coltrane Day Music Celebration in Heckscher Park

The 5th Annual Coltrane Day Music Celebration in Heckscher Park on July 20th from Noon - 10:30 pm

Brett’s Bicycle Recycle will have a vendor table alongside some of our collaborators, including our good friends at the Wheatley Afri-Bike Coalition. We will be collecting used bikes on this day that will be donated to kids in need in our Huntington community. Both organizations will be collecting bicycles that will be split with the adult bikes going to the Wheatley Afri-Bike Coalition - Bikes For The World and the kids bikes going to Brett’s Bicycle Recycle.

Come enjoy the celebration that will be filled with live music all day. Jazz, Funk, Jam Band, something for everyone. Community, Environmental & Artists Exhibits. Food & Beverage. Raffles. Kids Activities. Family Fun! Help them continue the hard work in saving and restoring the John and Alice Coltrane Home in Dix Hills better known as The Coltrane Home.

*Brett’s Bicycle Recycle will be there from Noon to 4pm for bike collections. We will have lots of free giveaways. Stop by to find out how you can help us Recycle it Forward!
